Have parts and details ready
Put purchased parts, brackets and manuals in one place. Note the paint color, finish or model where a match matters. If the provider is supplying materials, confirm what to have on site.
Confirm access and expectations
Share parking, gate and entry instructions, and say who will be home. Agree on the order of tasks and where the provider should leave debris and packaging.
